Thanks, man! During part II, artist Z. Erim Bilgin poked fun at the fact that, in Metal Gear 2 for the MSX, every member of the cast was modelled after some celebrity (this was changed in the PS2 re-release, though). Dr Madnar was downright Einstein, and Col. Campbell was Col. Trautman from Rambo. Also, the cyborgs in Metal Gear 1 were called "The Arnolds", both in MSX and NES, so that's why it is just Arnie painted in blue.
